Reliable Source: The high-end Inn at Perry Cabin has been sold for $40 million

The Inn at Perry Cabin, that tony Eastern Shore retreat for deep-pocketed businessmen and couples on the lam from city life, will soon be operating under new ownership. According to The Daily Record, the Inn, which was previously owned and renovated by Orient-Express Hotels Ltd., has been sold for $40 million to CAP Acquisitions LLC, which owns the equally posh Chatham Bars Inn on Cape Cod.
